Why are you a part of AFCWA?
This football life is not always the easiest, but it is so very rewarding. Because of the AFCWA, I am able to connect with wives across the country going thru the same seasons. No matter what team, division, or season record, this amazing group of women is there supporting each other.
What is your favorite AFCWA memory?
I absolutely love attending our yearly convention… the friendships I’ve made over the years are priceless. There is always so much to learn, and there are so many wonderful ladies to meet. I’ll never forget meeting another wife from our same football conference (completely by chance) at our luncheon. We connected immediately, and continue to be friends today! I’ve also enjoyed seeing our organization evolve over the years – instead of just seeing everyone at convention yearly, we are able to connect on social media to share stories, solicit advice, and support each other through the highs and lows of this football life!
